Page Design Criteria
These pages are designed and maintained using HotDog Pro Web Editor and Netscape Web Browser. But, because they are primarily designed as reference aids for busy people - many of whom access the WWW via sometimes s-l-o-w dialup connections, the graphics have been kept at thumbnail size. And, for the most part, background colours and other special Netscape and Microsoft Explorer features such as sound and tables have been kept to a minimum to prevent "bugs".. Except on one "experimental" [;-) page and the WWW Tools graphical display page.
