• For fives years, Hal Doran Associates have been involved in a major program to help broadcasters at Polish public radio and television develop new skills and practices as well as new technology.

  Hal Doran's participation in the program, sponsored by CIDA and administered by ACCC, has included such areas as journalistic ethics for television journalists, digital radio production, VSAT technology for international Internet links and regulatory and management issues for senior radio programmers.

  Hal Doran Associates has also helped select Canadian consultants to go to Poland to lead seminars in such areas as journalistic ethics and standards, pop music production, marketing and promotion and planning for technological change.

• We have worked on projects with Algonquin College's International Department. Those include the Open Broadcast Network project in Bosnia and a development project for educational radio and TV in Thailand. Our involvement with these project has included planning and delivering personalized management training for plus helping coordinate activities for study visits and internships in Canada.
